Delivery Times

Sylly's Mini Models is a Print-On-Demand service.
This simply means that we only take the products into production once the order has been placed and paid for. This ensures that we do not have to keep stock, which keeps costs low for you.

The printing process can take a few days, depending on how busy it is. In most cases you will receive the items at home within 5 to 10 working days of receiving payment (in the Netherlands), but this may take a little longer if it is very busy.

We always do our best to deliver your models to you as quickly as possible. In the case of shipments to countries outside the Netherlands, it may take a little longer due to the processing time of PostNL and the delivery services in the destination country. You will receive the track and trace code with the shipping confirmation. For shipments outside the EU, the delivery time depends, among other things, on the handling time of customs.
